In general, there are Four steps of Public Relations Management:
1. Fact finding and defining problems. (Analysist)
2. Planning and programming (Strategy)
3. Taking actions and communications (Implementation)
4. Evaluation (Assesment)
To conduct a case study, the PR management process will be used to simplify the case analysist.

STUDENT TASK:
•Find case (ex: Garuda Indonesia Internal Issue, BP
Mexico Gulf, Century, etc.) and identify the steps of PR management.
